Viraj Profiles has bagged the Star Performer Award in the Bright Bars & Profiles: Large Enterprise category. The recognition came at the 56th National Export Excellence Awards in Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, on 8 September 2025. It is organised by the Engineering Export Promotion Council of India (EEPC).

EEPC India has represented Indian engineering exports for 70 years, guiding their growth The Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry recognises it as the model EPC in the country. Sponsored by the Ministry, EEPC India serves as the leading trade and investment promotion body for the engineering sector.

Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and Textiles, Shri Piyush Goyal, presented the award. He said the event recognises exporters who show excellence, innovation, and resilience in building India’s engineering exports.

Siddartha Modi, President of Viraj Profiles, and CA Rakesh Agarwal, AVP, accepted the award. These products reach more than 1,300 customers across 96 countries in six continents.

The company has a melting capacity of 528,000 tonnes per year. It manufactures over 50,000 SKUs in different sizes and shapes. Moreover, its product range includes grades like austenitic, ferritic, martensitic, duplex, and electrode.
