Veteran industrialist and Shyam Metalics Chairman Emeritus Mahabir Prasad Agarwal has been

The recognition celebrates Agarwal’s visionary leadership, unwavering values and lasting impact on Indian industry. Widely regarded as the driving force behind Shyam Metalics, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into one of India’s leading integrated metal producers with a diversified portfolio spanning steel, ferro alloys, aluminium and stainless steel products.

Agarwal transitioned to the role of Chairman Emeritus in 2025 after leading the company’s growth for over five decades. His strategic vision has been instrumental in expanding Shyam Metalics’ manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its position in India’s metals industry.
