Rathi Steel has secured a significant order worth approximately Rs 7.8 crore to supply stainless steel products to Bansal Wire Industries.

Rathi Steel announced to exchanges that it has secured a contract worth approximately Rs 7.8 crore to supply stainless steel products to Bansal Wire Industries. The company highlighted that Bansal Wire Industries, a leader in downstream applications of their products, placed the order, which includes GST and is based on the value of the base grade product category. 

Rathi Steel emphasised that this transaction occurred in the normal course of business and does not qualify as a related party transaction, confirming it was conducted on an arm’s length basis. Additionally, the company shared that its steel melting unit in Ghaziabad was recently recognized as a Pioneer Unit under the “Industrial and Service Sector Investment Policy 2004” by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
