
Jindal Stainless organised the Stainless Pride Ceremony at its Hisar unit for the fourth quarter of FY 2025–26, celebrating employee contributions across operational excellence, innovation, learning, and business performance.
The event recognised 96 employees across eight award categories, highlighting individual and team achievements that continue to strengthen the company’s culture of continuous improvement and high performance. The ceremony served as a platform to acknowledge consistent efforts that support efficiency, quality enhancement, and operational reliability within the manufacturing ecosystem.
A key highlight of the event was the recognition of the team whose collective efforts contributed to the Hisar unit receiving the prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (RBNQA) Overall Trophy. The award stands as a significant validation of excellence in manufacturing operations and quality systems.
Addressing the gathering, Unit Head – Hisar, Jindal Stainless, Mr. Vijay Bindlish, congratulated the awardees and emphasised the importance of upskilling, capability development, and lifelong learning in building a future-ready workforce.
