The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has released preliminary findings in its administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on welded stainless steel pressure pipe imports from India for the period between November 1, 2023, and October 31, 2024.
According to the preliminary results, Indian manufacturer Suncity Metals & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. was found to have sold welded stainless steel pressure pipes in the US market at prices below normal value. The company received a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 0.96%.
The USDOC also announced a partial rescission of the review for four Indian companies after their requests for administrative review were withdrawn. These companies include:
