Jindal Stainless Launches Major Loyalty Programme for  Stainless Steel Pipes And Tubes

Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL), India’s largest stainless steel producer, introduced JSL Saathi Pragati, a major loyalty programme for the stainless steel pipes and tubes sector. The company wants to empower retailers and fabricators with structured rewards, digital tools, and strong authenticity checks.

The initiative marks a first for the company and the sector. It also aims to create the country’s biggest loyalty network for stainless steel pipes and tubes. The programme offers rewards, exclusive benefits, and a smooth digital experience. It also builds confidence among buyers by ensuring transparent product verification.

Furthermore, JSL designed the new programme on the foundation of the earlier Jindal Saathi Seal. That initiative helped customers and partners identify genuine stainless steel pipes and tubes. It also discouraged counterfeit products, which often disturb the market. Now, JSL Saathi Pragati pushes this intent further through incentives and skilled engagement.

Each JSL pipe and tube carries a unique QR code. Retailers and fabricators scan the code using the JSL Saathi Pragati app. The app runs on Android and iOS. The scan confirms the authenticity within seconds. Users also earn reward points on every genuine purchase, and they redeem these points for many exclusive benefits.

Moreover, the company reported strong early interest. More than 30,000 fabricators and retailers joined the programme. The rapid onboarding shows wide acceptance in the market and signals a growing need for trustworthy product validation.

JSL Managing Director Abhyuday Jindal explained the broader purpose behind the initiative. He said that industry leaders must protect customers from counterfeit materials. Jindal also said that fake products weaken trust, damage the sector’s reputation, and slow national progress. JSL wants to support fabricators and retailers who guide customers at ground level. He added that the programme rewards their efforts and helps them verify products quickly.

Additionally, JSL included accidental life insurance for registered fabricators. The company wants to support the workers who handle daily fabrication tasks. This safety measure creates a sense of security for people who drive change in the field.

The programme also supports skill development. Users can access Fabricator Training Programmes under the Stainless Academy. They can find courses on fabrication techniques, applications, and best practices. They can also register for these sessions directly through the app. This training feature encourages continuous learning in the stainless steel community.

Right now, the programme focuses on pipes and tubes. However, JSL plans to expand it to more product segments in the coming years. The company hopes to build a connected, empowered, and digitally aware market ecosystem. It also aims to encourage genuine product usage across India and improve transparency and trust throughout the stainless steel value chain.
