Stainless Steel is a 100% recyclable material. Using that to our advantage we ensure multiple policies are executed to minimize wastage for us and as well as our customers. We are well connected to scrap vendors to ensure all the waste produced in manufacturing of our materials goes to melting mills for recycling. We also provide options to supply in custom sizes to our customers so that their wastage is minimised. Raykam Alloys prides itself on offering certified stainless steel products with EN 3.1 certifications and dual certifications. How important are these certifications for your customers, and how do they impact the overall trust in your brand?

A certification is the identity of any material. Raykam Alloys maintains a proper certification management system for all the materials to ensure that our customers have access to them even after months of purchase. EN 3.1 certifies that the material is tested in a lab with proper government licenses for its chemical, mechanical and other such properties as per requirement. It generates utmost confidence in the material. We also provide the option for EN 3.2 certification which is issued by a Third-Party Inspection company appointed by the customer. We ensure full cooperation with the TPI company for the material confirmation. An EN 3.1 certificate holds high importance to our customers who are looking for genuine high-quality materials for their products and projects. Providing certification with the invoice set builds a high trust relationship with the customer as they are confident that they are getting what they purchased. Stainless steel is a material that combines strength with versatility. What are some of the most innovative or unique applications of stainless steel that Raykam Alloys has been involved with recently?

A few of the unique applications in the recent supplies we have seen is use of stainless steel in the machineries with a decorative polished or matte finish. The shift occurred with the export boom where there was a hike in demand of aesthetically good-looking machineries. Previously MS with paint or coating was used or mill finish of stainless steel which looked dull. There is also high adaptation of Stainless Steel out bodies in electronic items like smart watches, smart phones, cooking appliances, white goods, etc. Another change in application is with the EV boom. The electrical components are being manufactured with Stainless Steel now. In my opinion one of the most innovative uses of Stainless Steel we have seen, we were not involved with it but it is worth mentioning, is the use of Stainless Steel as the outer body of the Tesla Cybertruck, it is one of its kind and truly a feat of innovation. We wish to support any company in India who wants to adopt such innovation.
